This policy explains how Artefar Studio collects and uses personal data when you visit artefarstudio.com or place an order.

What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and the details of your order. When you contact us: your message and email address.
When you browse: technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, logged by our hosting provider. Only with your consent: analytics and advertising measurement data (see Cookies).
Why we use it
To process, produce, ship and support your order; to answer your messages; to keep the accounting and tax records we are legally required to keep; and — only if you consent — to measure site traffic and advertising.
The legal grounds are the performance of a contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, our legitimate interest in running a secure website, and your explicit consent for analytics and advertising cookies (Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, Article 5).
Who receives it
Our production partners and shipping carriers receive the name, address and phone details needed to make and deliver your order. Our hosting provider (Hostinger) stores the website and its data. Order and account emails are delivered through Brevo. Pinterest receives measurement data only after you accept cookies. Google Analytics runs in consent mode: until you accept, it sets no cookies and receives only limited, cookieless signals marked as declined; after you accept, it receives full measurement data.
Card payments are processed by our payment provider, iyzico, which receives the payment and card details needed to process them; we do not store card numbers. We do not sell personal data.
Some of these providers process data on servers outside Turkey. Such transfers are made only under the conditions set out in Article 9 of Law No. 6698.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your cart, checkout and currency choice working. Google Analytics and Pinterest cookies are set only after you select Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Messages are kept only as long as needed to answer them and handle any follow-up. You can withdraw your consent to analytics and advertising cookies at any time.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 you can ask us whether your personal data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used accordingly; know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred; ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected, or for data to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions of Article 7, and for these changes to be notified to the third parties who received it; object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Send requests to info@artefarstudio.com. We respond free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. If your request is rejected, the answer is insufficient or we do not answer in time, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.

This policy may be updated from time to time; the current version is always available at this address.
