Every piece is made to order. Production takes 2–4 business days; transit time then depends on your destination.

At checkout, orders to the United States and Turkey ship as Standard Shipping; other destinations are shown as International Shipping. The rate for your destination is also shown on each product page.
Before you order
Color: Screens reproduce color differently, so the physical print can look slightly different from the listing photos (allow roughly 10% color variation). If your piece looks clearly different from what you ordered, contact us — see our damage & defect policy.
Order cancellations: You can cancel any order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing info@artefarstudio.com with your order number. After that your piece may already be in production, so please check the artwork, format, size, frame option and shipping address before ordering. Any right of withdrawal you have under the consumer law of your country is not affected — see our Returns & Refund Policy.
Damage & defect policy
If your order arrives with shipping damage or a production defect, email info@artefarstudio.com. Photos of the front, the back and sides, the damaged area, the packaging and the shipping label help us resolve it quickly, and keeping the packaging until the issue is settled helps with any carrier claim — they are not a condition for your rights.
We will offer to produce and send a brand-new replacement at no cost to you. Where the consumer law of your country allows it, you may instead choose a refund, a price reduction or a free repair. Your statutory rights are not affected.
