Returns & Refund Policy

You can cancel any order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing info@artefarstudio.com with your order number. Any amount already paid is refunded in full.

If you are a consumer in Turkey, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason and without paying a penalty. The 14 days start on the day you, or a person you name, receive the piece; for an order delivered in several parcels, on the day the last one arrives. You can also withdraw at any time between placing the order and delivery.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to info@artefarstudio.com before the period ends.

Our pieces are made to order from standard options and are not personalised, so ordering one does not by itself remove your right of withdrawal.

Please email info@artefarstudio.com before sending anything. Returns go directly to our production partner — not to our business address — and we will send you the return address and carrier to use.

Send the piece back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. Buyers in Türkiye are not charged for return shipping when they use our designated carrier. Buyers outside Türkiye pay return shipping, unless the piece arrived damaged, faulty or defective, in which case we cover it. You are not responsible for changes caused by normal handling during the withdrawal period.

We refund all payments for the returned piece, including the original delivery charge, within 14 days of the date you hand it to the carrier we designate (or, if you use another carrier, the date it reaches us). If you withdraw before delivery, we refund within 14 days of your notice. Refunds are made in a single payment to the payment method you used, at no cost to you.

Customers outside Turkey: after the 24-hour cancellation window we do not accept change-of-mind returns, except where the consumer law of your country gives you a right of withdrawal — such statutory rights are not affected.

If your order arrives with shipping damage or a production defect, email info@artefarstudio.com. Photos of the front, the back and sides, the damaged area, the packaging and the shipping label help us resolve it quickly, and keeping the packaging until the issue is settled helps with any carrier claim — they are not a condition for your rights.

We will offer to produce and send a brand-new replacement at no cost to you. Where the consumer law of your country allows it, you may instead choose a refund, a price reduction or a free repair. Your statutory rights are not affected.
