After that your piece may already be in production, so please check the artwork, format, size, frame option and shipping address before ordering. Any right of withdrawal you have under the consumer law of your country is not affected — see our Returns & Refund Policy.

If your order arrives with shipping damage or a production defect, email info@artefarstudio.com. Photos of the front, the back and sides, the damaged area, the packaging and the shipping label help us resolve it quickly, and keeping the packaging until the issue is settled helps with any carrier claim — they are not a condition for your rights.

We will offer to produce and send a brand-new replacement at no cost to you. Where the consumer law of your country allows it, you may instead choose a refund, a price reduction or a free repair. Your statutory rights are not affected.
