Oleanders (detail)

Pink oleander blossoms rise from a vase beside a book, bringing flowers and an everyday object into the same close arrangement. The pale background gives the flower heads space, while the lower tabletop provides a firm horizontal support. Contrasting strokes describe petals, leaves and book edges, so the still life retains variety within a compact setting.

Van Gogh painted Oleanders in oil in 1888; the work is held by the Metropolitan Museum of Art. This wider reproduction presents a detail of the original composition, preserving the relationship between floral arrangement and book. In a reading room, the art print offers a natural connection between botanical color and quiet study, with an uncluttered frame allowing the different painted textures to remain visible.

Unframed Rolled Matte Poster: Giclée-printed on 200 g/m² matte poster paper with a smooth, glare-free finish. Supplied unframed and carefully rolled for transit — frame it your own way once it arrives. Frame is not included in the rolled poster price — any frame shown in lifestyle photos is for presentation only.

Stretched Canvas — ready to hang: Printed on a premium cotton/polyester matte canvas, stretched over a sturdy 1.25" pine frame with pre-installed hanging hardware and corner stability dots. No framing needed.

Float Frame Canvas: The stretched canvas sits inside a separate outer wooden frame with a deliberate gap around the edge — the signature floating effect, for a more gallery-luxury presentation. Arrives ready to hang.

Color: Screens reproduce color differently, so the physical print can look slightly different from the listing photos (allow roughly 10% color variation). If your piece looks clearly different from what you ordered, contact us — see our damage & defect policy.
